Our Founder’s Story

Paul and Faith Mandioma

At 42, I was a divorced, depressed, and an unemployed alcoholic. Lost and without purpose. Today, at 50, I stand before you as a living testimony to God’s extraordinary grace and the power of His divine principles.

Through an incredible journey of faith and personal growth, I’ve been blessed to become:

The Divine Purpose Academy curriculum is the fruit of my life’s transformation—a distillation of the biblical truths and success principles God used to renovate my life from an aging “write-off” to an impactful minister for His Kingdom, owning a profitable and fast-growing IT business.

My passion for this curriculum stems from three core objectives:

  1. To provide a biblical success framework for lifelong personal development that can propel anyone into intimacy with Christ and into the top 15% of achievers in their vocation.
  2. To empower youth and young adults with biblical wisdom, helping them avoid the pitfalls of unproductive years and unfulfilling relationships.
  3. To demonstrate that extraordinary success is not just for a chosen few—it’s God’s design for every one of His children. Success isn’t mystical; it’s the result of applying simple, divine principles.

This isn’t just theory—it’s a proven path I’ve walked myself. From the depths of despair to the heights of purpose-driven success, I’ve experienced firsthand the life-changing power of these God-given principles.

Along this journey I have led a bible discipleship class that has grown from 25 in 2018 to over 3000 including international candidates in 2024. I have seen the radically life transforming power of the word of God at work in many lives.

I am a 3rd year graduate of Charis Bible College Zimbabwe, as well as a graduate of the Andrew Wommack Ministries Directors Training Program.

By profession I am a technologist, having qualifications in Information Systems, Software Programming, Project Management, Business Analysis and Software Quality Assurance. The majority of my IT career was spent as a consultant for some of the largest and most successful banks in Africa.
